The Stratus fits in your palm and measures OD in many environments even in anaerobic cabinets making it usable in many areas with or without a computer. Connecting between the Stratus Microplate reader and a computer requires the free Stratus Labrador Software. This software is very easy to use and makes customizing and tracking experiments very simple.
