A favorably priced anaerobic work cabinet with air lock, total capacity of 498 liters, capacity for incubating 600 plates. An ideal model when large quantities of samples need to be processed and which performs optimally. Ergonomic access of the cuffs, allows the user to maintain full control and overview.

BACTRON anaerobic cabinets have an airtight construction of stainless steel and rigid Plexiglas for good visibility. The cuffs stay comfortable so the user can work efficiently. These ergonomic access ports also reduce shoulder fatigue.

The inside atmosphere of the anaerobic cabinet circulates through a condensation controller and then through the catalyst, binding any residual oxygen to the hydrogen molecules. Yet inside the cabinet, high humidity is generated while condensation is eliminated, without using silica gel, which can unnecessarily dry out petri dishes/agar. Each BACTRON has an integrated vacuum pump to ensure that the atmosphere inside the Air Lock is quickly replaced by the anaerobic gas mixture.

Anaerobes exposed to oxygen may die or grow very poorly/slowly. Exposure to oxygen is avoided throughout the culture process such as during inoculation, isolation, sub-accumulation and sensitivity testing. The BACTRON systems are designed precisely so that samples can be prepared under anaerobic conditions, incubation takes place and under anaerobic conditions the plates can always be viewed.

Faster, more reliable diagnosis

The user has full access to each individual plate in the incubator. Very rapid diagnosis of a variety of infections in the patient is now possible.
