Features
A favorable priced anaerobic chamber. The ergonomic access to the cuffs puts the operator in control and keeps everything organized.
A compact model for optimal growth conditions.
Bactron anaerobic chambers have an airtight construction of stainless steel and an acrylic front for superior visibility. The sleeves and cuffs together with the ergonomic entrance gives the operator flexibility and efficiency. And the ergonomic access ports makes the operators shoulders less tired.
The atmosphere inside the anaerobic chamber circulates through a condensation controller and then through the catalyst, binding any residual oxygen to the hydrogen molecules. Nevertheless, high humidity is generated inside the chamber while condensation is eliminated, without using silica gel, which can unnecessarily dry out the Petri dishes/agar. Each Bactron has an integrated vacuum pump to ensure that the atmosphere inside the Air Lock is quickly replaced by the anaerobic gas mixture.
Anaerobic organisms exposed to oxygen can die or grow very poorly/slowly. Exposure to oxygen is avoided throughout the culture process such as during inoculation, isolation, sub-accumulation and susceptibility testing. The Bactron systems are designed precisely so that samples can be prepared under anaerobic conditions and the Petri plates can always be viewed.
Faster and more reliable diagnosis.
